La douche qui recycle son eau

The idea

A shower that recycles its water?

Our goal was to find a solution to wasting drinking water during daily showers.

To achieve this, we thought about a shower with a real-time filtration device.

The system operates in a closed circuit, which allows only a small amount of drinking water to be used, and thus significantly reduces the daily consumption of drinking water in the bathrooms.

This is Senfinenco.

How it works

The Senfinenco shower is connected to the water circuit, which allows the arrival of the 20 liters required for the closed circuit.

The used water is collected under the shower tray, then sent via a pump, into the filtration system.

Once filtered, the water is reheated, via a small resistance, in order to regain its initial temperature.

The filtered and clean water then flows to the shower circuit, ready to flow again through the showerhead.

At the end of the shower, the 20 liters used are evacuated in the sewers.
